Updating investors on its Active Healing Solutions (AHS) division product pipeline during its third-quarter earnings call Oct. 26, KCI said it will delay the V.A.C. Ulta launch slightly as it continues to focus on several higher-priority launches, including the upcoming fourth-quarter launch of its V.A.C. Via .
The latter device, which received 510(k) clearance in March, is KCI's single-patient-use NPWT product. V.A.C. Via's lightweight design makes the device portable.
